Once purchased including delivery charges, the book will be sent normal post to the address provided. Whilst we accept no responsibility for it being delayed or misplaced, please let us know of any issues. If we anticipate delay, say for example during a further print run, we shall advise following receipt of your order. The price paid is exclusive of any taxes or import duties which are for the buyer to pay should these be charged by a local jurisdiction.

The e-book is purchased from Amazon and that is an arrangement between the Buyer and that third party, totally separate from the author and this site. 

Russell values your privacy. Personal data will be retained in accordance with UK law and destroyed upon the expiry of the appropriate retention period.

Cookie policy. Russell understands Americans have cookies with their cups of tea. They are apparently biscuits and Russell approves of such a policy. On this site there is something called Analytics by which Russell can see the broad geographic area of a visitor and an IP address (not that Russell would know what to do with that) and it inflates Russell’s ego to regularly check on his worldwide reach. Beyond this, so far as he knows there are no weird things hidden in the site that suck the living essence out of you. If there are, Russell promises he didn’t put them there and if you are worried about it, probably best to avoid the internet, staying in or going out.
